Prince George's Co. officer arrested in traffic stop rape case
WTOP PALMER PARK, Md. — A Prince George's County Police officer is under arrest following accusations of raping a woman in her car during a traffic stop last week. Officer Ryan Macklin, a six-year veteran of the force, was arrested around 8 p.m. Monday. |
